Cash Back When You Buy From A Builder 

How Does It Work? 
First we need to explain where the cash comes from. Most builders pay us (Realtors) a commission to sell their homes to buyers(you). This usually involves bringing you to subdivisions and registering you as our buyer, this can be done by telephone or fax, depending on the builder. If you purchase a home from one of the builders we register you at, we receive a commission. This varies from builder to builder many cases it's up to (3%) of the purchase price. 

How Much Money Do I Get? 
If you purchase your new home through Assist-2-Sell we will give you 1% of the sales price. That's right, You get 1% of the sales price. Example: You purchase a home for $200,000.00, 1% equals $2,000 paid to you. 

What Are The Advantages? 
Well obviously the money is a great advantage. Another advantage is having us on your side. We represent you as a buyer. If you buy direct from the builder you get no representation. We will walk you through the home selection, lot selection, help arrange financing, help with the escrow process all the way to the closing. Remember, you don't pay us for this, we pay you! 

A Few Important Things You Need To Understand

  1. You must call or email Assist-2-Sell first so we can register you with the builders. 
  2. If you happen to be out driving around and see a subdivision that holds some interest--call us first! We may be able to register you by telephone or fax. Otherwise, wait and we will send an agent out to accompany you on the first visit. This is critical. Keep in mind, we have agents available (7) days a week and can meet you at a moments notice. 
  3. The price of the home you are going to purchase will stay the same if you use a Realtor or not. In other words, if you register with us and you take advantage of the cash back, the price of the home you are buying will NOT go up. Builders do not offer these rebates to buyers that buy direct from them. 

Cost To You 
Nothing! Any compensation given to Realtors is recognized by the builder as a marketing fee and has no impact on the final cost of the home. Builders desire, expect and encourage Realtor participation.
